Serpenti Creative Services Inc. is committed to making our website and services accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
Our standard
We design and build serpenticreative.com with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Where a page or a feature does not yet meet that standard, our goal is to bring it into conformance in a reasonable timeframe.
What we do

- Keyboard navigation for all interactive elements
- Visible focus indicators
- Alternative text on meaningful images
- Form fields with descriptive labels

What we know isn't perfect
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a certification. We know some parts of the Site are not yet fully accessible, and we are working on them. If you find a barrier, please tell us — we take those reports seriously and treat them as bugs to fix, not complaints to manage.

Serpenti is a small organization based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Where applicable, we align our practices with the federal Accessible Canada Act (2019) and the Accessible British Columbia Act (2021), and we treat WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our working standard for the Site.
